One of the things that I love the best about the new Mirrorless breed is how easy they make it to be discreet.
Well, most of the time.
They’re small enough that I’ve never found any resistance to bringing them in almost anywhere.
They’re quiet, you can always use the rear LCD and with built in image stabilizer, you can grab shots that used to be impossible to achieve.
Out for a few last night I decided to do a little ‘sniping’.
I have a little technique that I call ‘Pint Glass Portraits’, using a beer glass as a tripod.
You usually don’t get away with that for very long. It just looks funny, and that’s funny enough to get noticed…
Which is exactly what happened here.
I took many Photos in the pub last night and this guy was the only one who noticed.
Hey. It happens. He was good with it. I went over and introduced myself.
If you DO get ‘busted’ be polite about it and go share the photo.
It’s only right. Right?
