Doggie Photography at Sandy Beach, Calgary. WHY do they call it SANDY?

Sandy Beach, Calgary

Sandy beach was wiped out ‘big time’ during the flooding last year.
A VERY high level bridge was washed right out.

One year later, it’s still a bit of a mess, the bridge hasn’t been rebuilt but the Elbow River is running beautifully clean.
And guess who loves it?
The Doggies.

I had the pleasure of meeting two very special ones this evening.
Pika, a 10+ year old Shar-Pei, Shih-Tzu Cross.
A total ‘Tea Cup Pup’.
She’s a very mellow little lady.

But watching her shuffling along on her walk, hoppity hop and happy as a clam…. wonderful!

Then there’s 5 month old TOBY.
All Pup, All Energy —a Labradoodle on a mission.

A wonderful evening.
I thank their owners.

Anthony for Toby.
Alicia for Pika.

Wow, we love our Mutts!
