Another Real Estate Session

And a Little Bit More.

My clients, The L&K Group, have always gone the extra mile.

They contacted me a few years back in a bit of a panic to do a Real Estate shoot for a listing they just had to get on MLS.
I told them the truth.
I seldom shoot for Realtors and there’s a number of reasons for that.

The images, if properly done, don’t stay posted for very long and 90% of the individuals who contact me don’t have or won’t have the budget.
Nathen Legat, the ‘L’ in L&K always has.
He’s firmly convinced that good photography makes for a proper, professional presentation.
We’ve been doing it so long now it’s more of a ‘social occasion’ and I’ll admit—I’m spoiled.

Most times he’s swing downtown and picks me up.
Now that’s curb service.

Here’s some images from last evening’s shoot.
It was a small condo that they had ‘lightly staged’, which makes a good deal of difference, and was super clean and photographed quite well.

These Realtors absolutely ‘get it’, and I’m very happy to be working with them.
There’s no iPhone photos in their listings, they post everything on their Facebook Page as well as Twitter.

I’ve never seen them cut any corners. Ever.

There’s never any harm going the extra mile.
